The regular season has ended. You need to get away from it all. Where can you hunt from February until August? The Tejon Ranch Spring Access is the answer.
With Spring Individual access you can camp, hike or hunt varmints, squirrels and coyotes. You can even fish Reservoir #2 for large mouth bass, bluegill and catfish.
Unlike the regular season, the entire ranch is open for you to explore and hunt. There are designated, unimproved camping areas so you can bring you camper or tent trailer for overnight stays.
There is an abundance of squirrels and coyotes on the ranch. We encourage you to reduce the population. Obtain a book of five bobcat tags from the Department of Fish & Game and hunt bobcats on Tejon Ranch for the first two weeks of the Spring Access.
Spring Options
Pig Addition
Spring is an optimal time for pig hunting. Up to two pigs may be added to your membership for the current Pig Option fee. QDM pigs can be carried over from the regular season making this an excellent way to spend your spring and summer months on the ranch.
The catch and release fishing at Reservoir #2 is an experience not to be missed. Two creeks feed this 40-acre reservoir. You can catch large mouth bass, bluegill, and catfish from the shore, the levy or your small boat. Bass up to twelve pounds have been pulled from this lake.
Family Addition
So your wife and children want to come too? Add the Family Addition to Spring Access and you, your spouse and any children in your home under the age of 21 are welcome. Hunt and fish with your family, at your convenience, for a day or a week all spring and summer. Call ahead for a guest pass for a friend or hunting partner. You may have up to five guest day-passes during the season.
