The guided Rocky Mountain Bull Elk on Tejon Ranch is a unique opportunity for you to be able to mount that trophy of a lifetime on your wall. This hunt is structured for success. The season extends from September 1 through December 31, and you and your guide will hunt for as many days as needed to ensure your every opportunity for success.
Your accommodations during the hunt will be one of our upscale hunting cabins. Everything is furnished, including bedding, towels, and meals. You just need to bring your personal gear and any adult beverages you may want to consume. Our goal is to harvest bulls that have a gross Boone and Crockett score of at least 350 points, and we do guarantee that you will have a reasonable shot at a bull of this caliber. In the event you don't have that opportunity, your hunt will be extended to the following year. If you have a reasonable opportunity at a 350 or better bull and elect not to shoot and to continue hunting for a larger bull, your hunt will not be extended to the next year, but we will continue to work diligently to locate the very best bull we can find.
These hunts can be relatively demanding physically and your chance of harvesting larger bulls may well depend on you being in good physical shape. If you have physical limitations, please let us know well in advance of your hunt and we will give you an honest assessment of your chances for harvesting the bull of your dreams. We do not exclude anyone with physical limitations and have been able to help several clients with limited physical abilities harvest bulls from 350 to 375 points.
Hunt openings are filled starting on January 1st of the hunt year and are filled on a first-come-first-served basis. The total amount is due when the application is accepted.
