Can I take a pig with a gun if I can't get one with archery equipment?

This is allowable on most of our hunts; however, this hunt is archery only due to the reduced price of the hunt.

Will the guide actually guide any hunters?

This is up to the group to decide, if there are one or two hunters who need help and the group agrees, the guide has the option of guiding and directing the group.

Will the guide provide transportation in the field?

No, the primary responsibility for transportation is the hunter's; however, you can arrange to be dropped off in certain areas if that suits your needs. Remember, the guide is there to help increase the overall success of your group's hunt and can do whatever it takes to make your hunt the best and most successful possible.

What kind of meals will be served?

We serve the same steak dinner and tri-tip dinner that we serve on our fully guided hunts. The morning meal is a continental breakfast and lunch is a variety of lunchmeat and cheese sandwiches.

What success rate can be expected?

These hunts have yielded varying degrees of success, depending mostly on the individual skills of the hunters. All hunters should see pigs, with 50-60% of hunters getting shots, and 20-30% of hunters actually harvesting a pig.
